Returns & Refunds Policy – Play and Giggles
At Play and Giggles, your happiness matters to us! We want every shopping experience to bring smiles, not stress. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Please contact us at support@playandgiggles.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Bath toys that have been used

Opened or damaged packaging

Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out and our friendly team will assist you.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Include photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a faulty or incorrect item).
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different colour or product, please contact us. We’ll help you arrange a smooth and simple exchange process.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
